Unlike most Bosphorus cruises that only pass landmarks, this tour includes a full 1-hour stopover, giving you time to explore the fortress area, wander through the charming neighborhood streets, and capture beautiful views of the Bosphorus.

Located at the narrowest point of the Bosphorus, Anadolu Fortress played a key role in Ottoman history. Built by Sultan Bayezid I in 1393–1394, it served as the Ottoman Empire’s first strategic foothold in Istanbul, designed to control the Bosphorus waters. Later, Sultan Mehmed II strengthened this strategy by building Rumeli Fortress on the opposite shore, paving the way for the historic Conquest of Constantinople in 1453.

The surrounding Anadolu Hisarı neighborhood is equally charming. Located beside the peaceful Göksu Creek, this scenic district was once a favorite retreat for poets and artists during the Tulip Era. Today visitors can stroll along the waterfront, explore historic streets, and experience one of the most tranquil corners of Istanbul.

As the cruise continues along the Asian shoreline, you’ll see elegant waterfront mansions, lush hillsides, and historic landmarks such as Kuleli Military High School and Beylerbeyi Palace. Kabataş Türkiye Petrolleri Petrol İstasyonu içinden bulunan iskeleye gidin. Teknenin limana yanaşma saati 12:45, kalkış saati ise 13:00’dır. Petrol istasyonu içinde tur teknesini arayın. The cruise departs promptly from Kabataş; please arrive 15 minutes early. The boat does not wait for late arrivals.

Guests will have 1 hour of free time at Anadolu Hisarı. It is essential to return to the boat on time to continue the cruise.
