Depends on the cruise: every tour includes live Turkish music, professional dance performances, tea/coffee service and an English audio guide. Dinner cruises include a 3-course menu (meat/fish/vegetarian); daytime cruises include a soft-drinks package.
Dinner cruise: 3 hours (20:30 departure, 23:30 return). Sunset cruise: 2 hours (16:30 or 17:30 depending on season). Daytime cruise: 2.5 hours (12:00 departure). Boarding at Kabataş/Kadıköy terminals closes 30 minutes before departure.
Yes — all our cruises are family-friendly. Infants 0–4 sail free, children 5–11 pay 50%, ages 12+ pay the adult price. Children's menus are available on request at no charge. Indoor + outdoor decks and stroller-friendly access.
Yes — cancellations made more than 24 hours before the cruise receive a 100% refund. Between 24 and 6 hours: 50% refund. Under 6 hours: non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
Three courses: starter (seasonal mezze platter), main course (choice of grilled chicken / sea bass / vegetarian plate), dessert (seasonal fruit or künefe). Unlimited soft drinks included; alcoholic beverages available as an add-on.
