How to find us
Make your way to the pier located in front of Kadir Has University, near the Cibali Tram Station. Look for the cruise boat named Mega Lüfer-3, which will be waiting on the waterfront (shoreline) directly across from the university entrance. After getting off at Cibali Tram Station (T5 Line), walk towards the waterfront on your right-hand side. The pier is located along the shoreline — just a 1-minute walk from the station exit. You can use public transportation to reach the meeting point easily: From Eminönü or Alibeyköy: Take the T5 Tram and get off at Cibali Station. From Taksim or Şişli: Take the M2 Metro to Şişhane Station, then walk about 15 minutes across the Atatürk Bridge to reach to the port. The service is great and our waiter Fatih was exceptionally entertaining and professional and he was the reason why our experience was fantastic! These are sometimes tourist traps but this experience was awesome and I recommend it. The food was good, the live dancers were fantastic and it was really entertaining. We even had a person who had birthday and the staff gave us small cakes. The boat is nice and it also has an outdoor space where you can enjoy the view even if your table is indoors.

in the last weekTerrible experience! I tried to review it on trip adviser and they reported my review so it wouldn't get published. I booked a dinner cruise with my family. There was an option for a table by the window and better view of a stage and unlimited alcohol option as well as a pick up from hitel and drop off back to the hotel. We'll let me tell you it was a chaos. Last minute before the pickup I got a message to go to the meeting point. I messaged them back saying we are not able to walk and as we paid extra for pick up we would like to be picked up from our hotel. I notified our hotel staff who were absolutely amazing and started to communicate eith them for us. We had to still walk a bit and cross a busy street but our hotel staff was kind to help us. On the ship when we arrived the food was already on the table. Appetizers were poorly prepared and definitely not worth the money. Our main corse was supposed to be fish and was served overcooked and cold. The alcohol options were horrible ether beer vodka or cheap wine which was terrible to drink. The table was behind the dj and stage so we weren't even able to see the show well . Once I asked our server if we can sit at the empty table across where we could see better especially since we paid extra , he rudely told us you paid for a window so you have the windo if you want a better view pay extra. I was horrified. The performance was average . Overall I would not recommend thos company to anyone I would say do more research and maybe some of the locals can advise you on a better experience.

in the last weekThis was one of the worst experiences I have had with this tour. A server named Fatih was extremely rude and insulting toward customers. When I spoke with the supervisor, they said he acted “unconsciously,” meaning that he was not in a normal condition. If that was the case, he should not have been working or interacting with customers. Nothing about this situation was acceptable. This was my second time visiting, but after this experience, I will not return and cannot recommend this tour to anyone. It is concerning that someone in that condition was allowed to serve customers.
